They are. One pulse, one vote. Lowest common denominator.
Which, like he said, always results in the proles voting away rights and freedoms for bread and circuses.
The fact that you're allowed to vote alone should demonstrate how completely ineffectual it is. 'Democracy' is still a fiction. The permanent elites stay in place no matter what puppet you vote for.
It's not the 'proles' voting to trans children and all the other nasty stuff. It's the supposedly good people you think should be in charge, the Bezoses and the Zuckerbergs.
It absolutely is the proles voting for that. The vast majority of the Democrat voter base that is actually alive, are on welfare.
Welfare and entitlement spending represents a full third of the federal budget.
Bread and circuses.
And, with regards to your nonsense of Jeff Benzos and Mark Cuckerburg, nothing could be further from the truth. The likes of them wouldn't be in charge of a damn thing if I had my druthers, they'd both be on a gallows. So knock off the strawman bullshit for once on your life.
The vast majority? What absolute nonsense.
You moved seamlessly from 'welfare' to include 'entitlement spending' that covers basically everyone.
And you completely ignored that it's the upper and middle classes who are pushing things like BLM and the troons, not the ordinary people and working people who conservatives told you to despise.
It's the logical conclusion of being anti-democratic. This may have made sense when Edmund Burke was around, but it makes no sense now. Most of the things we complain about is because there is not enough democracy (in fact, there is almost none), not too much.
You think if people themselves could decide about whether chemical castration for kids is good, they'd vote yes? Obviously not. Again, it's the rich, the elites, the ruling classes who are doing this sort of thing.
It's actually funny how much of a blatant leftist you are. Not even three replies into the comment chain and it's "the rich" this and "the middle class" that.
It's isn't the rich who are to blame for black criminality. Nor does your desperation to absolve them from their countless wrongdoings hold any weight regardless of who you try to position as the architect.
What the west needs is moral governance. Not mob rule.
