Yup. State enforced cuckoldry. If you want to know why dudes kill their entire "families" this is why.
It's still fucked up as hell. The wife gets to cheat, lie about the father of the child, and the husband is on the hook for the child.
Read up on common law marriage, plenty of gotchas even if you dont get marriage trapped.
Must be nice, up here in Canada my fellow citizens couldn't give less of a shit about anything the government doesn't tell them is naughty and Canada leapt at the chance to trap its dim, uninformed populace in technicalities and legalese webs like this.
