They're deliberately make terms sound the exact opposite of reality, where "gender affirming care" means amputating healthy fully functioning organs under the guise that their gender is wrong.
Even forcing troomers to stop trying to convince kids they're really traaaannnnns would be an improvement. No elementary school aged child decides that they're really a different gender on their own any more than a cat decides it's vegan on its own. Ending the grooming would go a long way towards solving the "trans kid" problem. That still wouldn't solve the adult fetishist problem but at least it would protect kids from them.
