They already did, this is yesterday's news. Note that is says May.

Also, the multi-time felon who tried to attack Kyle actually didn't kick him. Both he and Kyle missed each other.

Kyle fired, IIRC, 2 shots at him and missed. I think they were the only shots Kyle missed that day. Which, to be honest, probably helped him.
