Women can't handle the fact that their value diminishes with age and they go crazy when they hit the wall.
In past times women were surrounded by a support system of older women who went through this themselves. They would both support her and control her worst impulses as she went through the stages of grief for her quenched fertility and loss of inherent value.
Now the enemies of civilization have destroyed the very idea of communities and families and the legal system and unleashed women to act without consequence.
The collapse is inevitable once the resources banked during saner times run out.
Before they had husbands and families to take care of. The death of the nuclear family at the altar of progressiveness is hurting a whole's generation mental health.
