Whoever wins next (assuming the same shit doesn’t happen, and Kamala being instated doesnt count either), they’re the 46th. We need to always -1 from the official count. It’ll be a signal to others who aren’t afraid of knowing.

I always figured they flipped it from Romney to Obama, and he knew about it but he's a team player and let it slide in exchange for something in a backroom deal.
