Its a tranny without even less commitment than normal.
Every nonbinary is just a dude wearing makeup, or a girl looking like extra androgynous, but the starting position is still obvious. So I'm guessing its a dude that doesn't want to put the work into going feminine so they just say they are a girl with the beard and pants.
True, but usually they put on a dress, or makeup, or jewelry, or just grow their hair out. Superficial mockeries of women but a effort above zero. This is even less than that.
I remember all those cool Hair Metal bands from the 80s, guess they were all "non-binaries". Oh wait no, they were all the manliest of men, fucking fans backstage like an all you can eat buffet and fathering kids in every city they rocked in.
