What is it that's not appropriate outside Japan? We know it came from Japan, only retards don't realise context exists. Also, I doubt it can be THAT offensive.

we already know they get offended by everything even things that are not offensive at all. . And some of this is also just a case of them wanting to wokefy everything though they wont admit it
