They can also just get an abortion in a blue state.
Current thinking is that red states will outlaw CROSSING STATE LINES for the purposes of abortion. Meh I don't see the problem from where I'm sitting now, who knows
They might, but it would be hard for them to find out. People can also just move.

That would be the great thing about state line rules, it would force even more of them to move
