Garunteed the first troon to receive a womb and ovary transplant and become pregnant would
Die.
They will die.
People aren't Mr Potato. We're not compartmentalised to the point modules can be taken out and replaced with other modules and things will still work.
Even before getting onto the point about the pelvic girdle not even being the correct shape to permit a newborn skull to pass through it, there is far, far more to pregnancy than simply a womb and the lack of those other features will kill anyone who is stupid enough to attempt it.
Some examples:
Organ displacement
Spine curvature
Endocrine systems
Oxytocin flooding/memory suppression
Organ transplant issues
Organ displacement
Wombs expand during pregnancy, they have to because you go from a single cell to fully developed newborn. The expansion displaces other organs, like the bladder for one. That's why pregnant women piss so much because there is quite literally a distended womb applying pressure to a liquid filled organ all the time so the regular non-pregnant "settings" are continually crushed, literally, which requires more frequent bladder evacuation because there isn't anywhere near as much space as there normally is. Now move everything else too. Kidneys, stomach, small/large intestines, prostate [oh look the AGP angle in all this🙄], various blood arteries and veins, liver, lungs, heart. These are not organs that are meant to displace in male bodies, doing so will dramatically increase the chances of one, or many/all, of them failing and killing the fucktard that wanted to do this in the first place.
Curvature of the spine
Babies can weigh a lot depending on the size of the parents involved, even just the size of one parent if you pair a 5 foot dumbass with a 7 foot wall. That weight can be extreme relative to the mother, see the 5 foot dumbass carrying the 14+ pound baby of the 7 foot wall, and that weight puts strain on the spine. Internal strain. All the lifting in the world won't help you from your spine being pulled inwards by a growing mass. So attempting that sort of development inside a body that isn't even structurally designed for it [fuck you I'm using design here despite the connotations some have regarding Intelligent Design - evolution is a design process in of itself] will not work!
Endocrine systems
Function of the womb: Provide a safe location for development of the growing offspring. This includes regulating temperature, providing oxygen, blood, cleaning various waste processes and generally standing in for all major body functions while the developing offspring cannot yet do any of these. We don't start with kidneys. We don't start with a spleen. So the mother needs to use her kidneys to filter the babies blood and her spleen to provide new blood cells. Eventually the baby will develop those organs and do those things on their own but even then it will still require oxygen that adds additional resource demand on the lungs and circulatory system. Men don't have a need to direct highly oxygenated blood to the lower abdomen as much as pregnant women do so any attempts by a womb to send such signals will be ignored because male bodies can't even pick up the signal in the first place.
Oxytocin
Ever heard the stupid 'gotcha' attempt of women giving birth vs men getting kicked in the crotch? Ask both groups if they will do it again and women will still have more children while men will avoid getting kicked in the crotch a second time. This then gets used as evidence women can manage pain better or some otherwise stupid reasoning. Now putting the whole risk of sterility from a guy being kicked in the crotch, the reason women will go through the "hell" that is childbirth and then go through it again is because with sufficient flooding of hormones women don't actually remember the experience well enough to consider it something they never want to do again. Because if that was the case no women would ever have more than one pregnancy.
While such a system can work it would require redrawing various lines in our species such as male:female birth rates as well as a far greater increase in practiced harems - and as an aside when comparing humans to similar primates we come somewhere in between polygamy and harems with Gorillas being typically more harem based while bonobos and chimpanzees being more polygamous - this is something physically measurable regarding relative testicle size to body mass.
Male bodies don't do any of this, and even then it's likely the entire womb would need removed after the whole thing if everyone even survived long enough. Which isn't likely in the first place. Which brings us to the next point.
Organ transplants
Organ transplants need massive doses of immunosuppressants to prevent transplant rejection. This can be a permanent thing for some. Doing that throughout a pregnancy is one of the singular most reckless things anyone can do even before considering the insanity of how it relates to AGP men wanting to play dress up. Add everything previously mentioned together and cook it in a 9 month window and wait and see which one wins the dead pool for cause of death because every step of this insanity raises that chance significantly and throwing it all on someone who is willingly immunocompromised pretty much means the doctors who sign off on this are signing suicide/death warrants.
tl;dr Men cannot get pregnant. Even if you force a fake pregnancy with a transplant you are more likely to kill those involved than ever carry a baby to term.

If you've ever been around a normally nervous/worrisome woman who's pregnant a subsequent time they'll have often forgotten the worries they had the first time around.
