We hate it when blue haired feminists disrupt Ben Shapiro or Jordan Peterson talking. This isn't the way to get your point across.
Maybe, maybe not, but I can certainly see the distinction. Although the left thinks talking can cause harm, they're morons. The right (correctly) thinks dragging kids to degeneracy can hurt the kids, and can certainly damage society. I can definitely see why groups feel they should go out and disrupt these disturbing events. Not necessarily saying it's the correct or optically correct thing to do, but I absolutely understand it.
This isn't a "both sides" or a "hypocrisy" thing, in my opinion, because there's a massive difference between speech and alphabet stuff involving children.
Maybe, maybe not, but I can certainly see the distinction.
The problem is the disrupter will now get to be labeled as such and the discussion will turn into "Look at this disturbance!" instead of the underlying issue. And drag story times will continue because people will be distracted discussing the "Disturbance".
It's like sending Death Threats to someone who says something stupid. All you're doing is preventing anyone else from criticizing the stupid.
The problem is the disrupter will now get to be labeled as such...
This is like saying in 2016 "I won't vote for Trump because he's vulgar," or whatever. Also, you can't be too concerned with optics when your opponent controls the discussion to begin with. They'll either say you're a Nazi, or ignore you. I recently heard an Ann Coulter quote, something along the lines of 'if they're not calling you racist, you're losing.' I think it's somewhat true. If your choices are to sit on your ass and play by their rules, or actually challenge them but called nasty names, the latter is far preferable.
...the discussion will turn into "Look at this disturbance!" instead of the underlying issue.
The underlying issue will be ignored completely unless a fuss is made, though. Again, you can't play by their rules, because they control almost everything.
And drag story times will continue because people will be distracted discussing the "Disturbance".
Drag story times will continue regardless, and it will only get worse, unless there is serious pushback. Not all of that pushback will be polite, and hit pieces will be written about any effective challenge to them, polite or otherwise. It doesn't matter if you do it the "right" way or the "wrong" way, they're going to smear you as a Nazi or similar regardless if you're effective, or they'll ignore you if you aren't effective.
Sorry, but 'what will the libs say?' is loser talk, and we should be well past it by this point. They get free reign on much of mainstream society and the narrative. Opponents of the left will never win trying to compete in their arena.

No, that's like saying "Don't be Patriot Front, a useful idiot who furthers the establishments narratives and serves no other useful purpose".
Engaging with Gouvernance boards, owners as been productive, getting into their faces only helps them.
It's getting shutdown elsewhere through lobbying, rather than direct confrontation.
Don't be a tool.
Patriot Front are feds.
It may help to give examples of successes in engaging higher-ups, as I for one haven't heard much of lobbying efforts to that effect.
Or read my post again where I mention actual good solutions that don't involve becoming a useful idiot.
