Firstly it isn't reversed because you can't breast feed after a mastectomy. To this I assume you will say that intercourse and reproduction are more important than breast feeding because you can get formula, and yes this is true but we are talking about if mastectomies are reversible not whether mastectomies are as bad as castration which I don't think anyone would argue.
