So could someone explain to me like I'm an idiot just how he's doing this? Because last I heard he was found guilty and sentenced to prison, only to cry after a few days and judge let him out. But should he not be under house arrest or something that would preclude him from being able to do something a normal prisoner would not be allowed to do?
I don't recall the law being that if you cry and a judge lets you out that it counts as overturning the verdict and punishment of a crime you had been found guilty of.
