Six injured, no deaths (yet, I've heard a couple are in critical condition) and none of those injured were the intended targets. I swear all a gang would have to do to dominate all other gangs is enforce mandatory range time.
I realize it probably varies significantly by area, but I would imagine most ranges would be too aware and responsible to let that shit go on. And of course, those who take responsibility would also be the ones stripped of their rights, while these people will continue to do what they do illegally without giving a shit.
It wouldn't need to be an actual range. If a gang actually made its enforcers spend some time down by the creek with some bottles and cans, they'd probably do better than this.
I think the way it works is if you have the discipline, ability and foresight to do that sort of training, you're already capable enough to not be in a gang. Gang members are mentally subnormal. Otherwise we'd call them "organized crime", like the mafia, and I wouldn't be surprised if organized crime groups did have ranges of some sort.

That's not what the tweet says. None of it says "lone gunmen".
"Multiple parties", vague as it is, is still absolutely true because it also includes more than one individual within a party.
