the way a date is defined in that article is 2 dinners a bottle of wine, and 2 movie tickets.

Im sorry, but that is a shitty date any way you look at it. You cant talk during the movie so what is the point?

And dinner with someone you want to get to know is a waste of money, its no better quality time or conversation you could have over coffee or some drinks.
