oh my god! NYC is what people call an "elephant graveyard" too, its where women who "want to enjoy life" [interpret that as you will] go and eventually become old spinsters.
Also NYC is one of the few cities in the US that has more dating age women than men, its a city in mens favor for dating. so why are the men spending that much money?!
It's a Democrat state. They're all broken men paying a tithe to their female superiors.
I was too hasty, the article defines a date as 2 dinners, a bottle of wine, and 2 movie tickets. It's an article on the cost of goods/ services , not a survey of what guys spend on a date
