There's a big difference between killing people on accusations and killing people as the result of a jurisdictional process, where they have been convicted. Capital Punishment is not the problem.

You are allowed to advocate for the death penalty so long as no one's being crazy about it, and you're not basically advocating for roving death squads.
I said that pedophiles should be executed. I said that minor victims of such creatures should be taken care of via deprogramming and the like.
