Yeah, I've been hearing occasional demands for this kind of policy for like a decade now. You know, because women are amazing and productive workers who deserve to be paid more than men to compensate for past imaginary inequalities, while also being unable to work about 1/4 of the time because somehow literally every single feminist on the internet suffers from crippling cramps every month. Crazy how nature do that.
