In reality, hospitals fuck up nonstop, and people die left and right as a result. Blaming this on racism when the malpractice victim happens to be non-white is CRTinaction.
”Compared to when civil rights laws were enacted, a lot of the kind of unequal treatment that we see in health care today does not seem to be explicit,'' Clark said. "It does not seem to be conscious.''
Implicit bias is unfalsifiable pseudoscience, and anyone who promotes it is a Marxist subversive and an enemy of civilization.
Is the tried and true nigger tactic of getting a settlement. Quick easy cash, it's all a nigger wants. A real black lawyer would go for the malfeasance angle. People hate arrogant doctors and the medical industry at the moment, they hate claims of racism even more, but only when it comes to the people making those claims.
Johnson died about 12 hours after having a scheduled cesarean section that was performed in 17 minutes
even the head of (obstetrics) here, the head of labor and delivery, looked at it and said 'No, I've never seen one done that fast.'''
Well then the head of obstetrics is lying, because 17 minutes is right in line with how long c sections take. Unless that's including suture time, which takes much longer, in which case I doubt that number to begin with. C sections are very fast. What's slow is stitching all the individual layers back up. That takes a solid half hour. So even if we're to believe the surgeon sliced her open using Blade Mode and extracted the baby in an instant, it'd mean he then sutured at double speed. So this claim makes no sense either way.
Also...
She died from internal bleeding — nearly 90% of her blood was later found in her stomach, Rowley said. Her bladder had been lacerated and she hadn't been sutured properly.
I don't even know what to make of this claim. 90% of her blood? She'd have died long, long before she managed to hemorrhage 90% of her blood into her stomach. Generally speaking, anywhere near 50% is a death sentence. 90% is unheard of, because it's physically impossible to still be alive at that point.
Furthermore, how did the blood get into her stomach? Her bladder was lacerated? If her bladder was emptying into her stomach, she had much bigger problems than a bad c section. Physiologically this makes no sense.
This all reminds me of the claim that George Floyd's spinal cord was severed in multiple places. It's obvious bullshit, but they had the family say it so they could print it and then just say "well it was the family said it, not an expert, so no harm no foul right?"
L.A., where they accept this bullshit and settle like a bitch because 'oh noes, da raycisms!'. In Florida they would tender an offer to the hospital first. If the response was too low, they would give them another chance then go to the media to get their original offer plus 20%. They would get it plus good-boy pats because Florida hospitals will fuck you over hard if it goes to trial.
Stop using common sense

Blacks would be immortal if it weren't for white people.
This is all Yakub's fault.
Please throw out this frivolous nonsense. Unless you have officials recorded saying they will let this patient die due to race
It could very well be a valid malpractice suit but there is no basis to assume it was due to race
True
