He rejoices when a woman breaks her leg. I think we can all agree that this woman is beneath contempt and that she deserves to locked up for life (SHE WON'T BE!!! MATRIARCHY!!!)
I really hope you are wrong but knowing the track record of some judgments she might just get some mandatory psychologist visits to "fix" her and she will be done or at max a very light sentence not even behind bars.
It makes sense to punish someone less if he is (demonstrably) not into it
No, same punishment for everyone. The reason why it is procured doesn't detract from the demand, it still fuels the supply. The only time CP shouldn't have a punishment for possession is by accident/framing or if the "criminal" is also similarly underage.
TheImp1 rejoices?
Not just Impy.

She won't be locked up. She'll get a suspended sentence because she wasn't "into" CP.

I thought you had learned your lesson with Kim Potter and your 5 incorrect predictions, but be my guest.
It makes sense to punish someone less if he is (demonstrably) not into it. But trying to frame someone is a highly aggravating factor.

I'll wait until she actually gets locked up.
