Simple. No complaints about "representation" are genuine and all are for pushing a globalist agenda.
Anyone who bring it up isn't a serious person and also is usually a woman who has given up her individuality to merge with the social media hivemind.
Third worlders see a utopia with no security guard. They demand representation because they identify as their racial group before they identify as an individual. That mentality means they can band together and co opt high status/income positions to improve their position on the racial totem. They're not brain washed idiots following globalist propaganda. They're acting on their racial interests, which is the default mode of most races and frankly a lot healthier than individualism is in terms of Darwinian evolution.
Why not both?
The globalists foment a natural racial resentment in minorities in western nations. Then they use the resulting unrest and internal issues to destabilize western national governments, making them easier to manipulate. All while demoralizing the white populations so they are less likely to rebel.
It is both but they're just as tribal in their own lands. Do you know how common genocides are in Africa based on minor racial differences? Tribalism is natural to them.
