On top of an already bleeding subscriber base, they cut off Russia. Their original programming sucks. They make political deals they really shouldn't be making.
It's about fucking time if you ask me. Down 33% in a single day. Down 66% from four months ago.
Don't forget their tranny groomer problem.
Cuties; 'nuf said!
Seems that all these big entertainment and social media company stocks (Twitter, Disney, Netflix, Facebook) are going back to pre-pandemic levels. They shot up massively during the pandemic and are now crashing back down.
That would be another reason why these big entertainment and social media companies wanted to prolong this "pandemic" as long as possible. You basically corner the customers into their homes and force them to consoom what you have.
Amazon has left the chat.
As someone who "lives" in three places (nature of live in work), I'd love to see them argue I'm account sharing. Which is also a problem with their system.
They built their whole system on charging by the user (hence viewing device plans) and now they're changing the model entirely that it breaks their own system.
Netflix's library was always poor. The content everyone wanted to watch was always here today gone tomorrow which was frustrating to manage as an customer.
I was excited when they started producing original content and then completely gave up on them when that original content turned out to advocate movement that is currently tearing this country apart.
They made their bed. No sleep in it.
And I don't even have a TV set since 1999.
It's not the only one that's going to go that way... they are just ahead of the curve.
