Twitter results for "shoe leather reporting", 4-18 to 4-20: at least a hundred so far, and it's only 3 PM on the east coast

They really are NPCs.

Disclaimer: Many of the results for the second search are people mocking the sudden explosion of the term "shoe leather reporting", but at least half are unironic uses of the term.
