Some guy breaks into your home and you have to break both his arm to keep him from killing you? Be ready to defend yourself from claims of "excessive force".

He should not be in prison, but he was not the organizer of the convoy. He is a bit of a nutty personality that the MSM want to attach the convoy to as a well poisoning tactic.
