The only pedophile was Rosenbaum. Some or all of them were Germans, Kenosha is almost 1/3 German (even if Rosenbaum wasn't a Kenosha native). The judge was also a Kenosha German, and so were the both prosecutors.

Many others in Kenosha are Scandinavians from the same early immigration/settlement.
