In the April 4 encounter, the officer repeatedly ordered Patrick Lyoya to let go of the Taser.
Video shows Patrick Lyoya running from the officer who stopped him for driving with a license plate that did not belong to the vehicle.
Winstrom said the fight over the Taser lasted about 90 seconds. In the final moments, the officer was on top of Lyoya, kneeling on his back at times.
Video shows Lyoya getting out of the car before the officer approached. He ordered Lyoya to get back in the vehicle, but the man declined.
The officer demanded his driver’s license and asked him if he spoke English. Lyoya responded “yes” and said the license was in the vehicle. The foot chase began after Lyoya closed the car door and started walking. The officer told Lyoya to “stop” and tried to pull his hands behind his back.
Came over with his family in 2004 from the congo as a kid. Sounds like he grew up to be just another entitled cunt who died by cop, justified.
No arguments. I have less and less sympathy especially after Floyd is treated like a saint and nobody cares about people losing their businesses or jobs. Also there are plenty of cases of police brutality against whites that get zero coverage. Im all for fighting bad policing but stop with the fake narratives.
Also with blm they didn’t say a peep about that 8 year old black girl getting gunned down at a McDonalds in Chicago but of course they made a saint out George Floyd.

What about the 8 year-old girl that gunned down at the Wendy's for the memorial of the violent thug in Atlanta? That one was extra fucked.
I didn't hear about that one, but there are so many tragic stories like that. Of course if you can't blame white people/cops then it isn't important.
