Kids play pretend. They always play pretend to be the most bad ass guy back in the pre 2000s. Like xmen. Everyone wanted to be wolverine lol. No one wants to be some hipster fag or lesbo character.

Same reason why gaming sucks. Why the hell i wanna play as a fruity barista. I wanna play as a bad ass mofo or a sexy kick ass bitch. Someone i either wanna be or wanna be with.

As the saying goes.. girls want me. Guys want to be me. No girls want soy boys and no guys wanna be soy boys.
