Unlike previous authorizations, the FDA is not expected to make the 2nd booster a recommendation for everyone, but rather an option for those who want it.
For now. Will filter down the chain over the next couple months.
Definitely a thing given the examples others have listed but that's not the main thing that should be focused on, it's how old they are in comparison. There are years/decades of drug history with other examples that obviously can't be a thing given how recent covid is.
How quickly and how much groups were bending over backwards to demand everyone take something so recent that had possible legal consequences waived for the drug companies producing it should be the elephant in the room people are talking about more.
Against omicron the evidence says any benefit disipates after a mere 2 months. At which point you see negative effectiveness.
The authors of those studies attribute that to a change in behaviour, but... you and I know that's bollocks.
You are mandated to take this one 3 times a year. If they actually followed the evidence it would be 6, to protect against omicron. Yet they don't do this. Why.
I suppose this is an interesting way to solve the fact that the social security trust fund was looted and has been bankrupt for a while now. They can't complain if they're dead.
June: Banned from flying if you don’t have a fourth shot of a product that has failed 3 times already. Canadians in Quebec to be banned from buying food

Have 3.
Pneumococcal 13, Haemophilus influenzae type b, and Hep B.
Ah yes, look at the vaccines that have very limited side effects and actually induce long lasting active immunity.
Then let's observe these gene therapies that cause severe side effects and don't even come close to inducing active immunity.

Let them authorize away. I'm still not taking it. (Not that I'm even in that 50+ age range anyway.)
Interesting enough I did notice this :

0-30 ~1/3
31-60 ~1/3
61-90 ~1/3
Average life expectancy: 86/87
Math checks out, but why aren't they doing it?
