Was informed by Art's lawyer, Sarah Miller that there will be a publication ban on today's hearing. I don't know what details are yet. Sure the judge will tell me, but that seems odd. I have covered trials with child victims of sex offences where there was no complete* pub ban.

Not sure how a publication ban would work in a case where there is so much -two years of legal history -in the public discourse, including many documents and judgements widely published on Rebel News and on social media.
I'm sure I will find out in short order

There are no minor victims. This is not a gangland-style mafia case. This is not a case of sex offences. This is a case where a pastor has been in jail for 44 days for giving a sermon to truckers at a border blockade (where he called for peace several times). Why the pub ban?

ok, I have DO a publication ban per: Sarah Miller, lawyer for Art Pawlowski. Judge is reiterating this now.
my colleague @ATSoos will be interviewing Sarah later. If bail is granted today, I will report that here.
Unreal. How is a pub ban justified here?

Back to this publication ban.
This is bizarre but let us not forget the prosecutor in the James Coates case (another arrested and jailed pastor who would not bend the knee at the altar of gov't) insisted she remain anonymous
she couldn't put her name to her gross actions

Court is done. Sarah Miller and Chad Haggerty argued valiantly for Pastor Art. The judge is reserving her decision until Friday at 2 so Art will stay in jail until then, maybe longer. Wish I could tell you more but there is a publication ban in place.
Amnesty International is compromised by Soros.
They openly released a statement during the Freedom Convoy in Ottawa condemning the truckers as white supremacists and took the Trudeau government's side on the impasse.
