Name names. Rudy Giuliani, Republican, cleaned up New York City and the 20 years of destruction wrought by Democrats.

*Michael Bloomberg, Democrat, made NYC even safer, but did it in a way that was "ruled unconstitutional"

edit: I support Stop and Frisk in any effective form, whether Giuliani's or Bloomberg's more aggressive version
