All of that is true. Their distorted facial features and predilection to having obscene, distended asses however is genetic.
It's definitely a combination of genetics and behavior.
They have a whole culture reinforcing that black women are "big" and it's natural or ok. That culture also values the nails and "good hair." It's an aesthetic that I think is held in the minds of, and to an extent directed at, other black women.
