Which facts? Nearly all of the numbers are fucked in one way or another.

Number of "cases," hospitalization/death from/with covid, who will be considered vexxinated, which side effects were actually from the vexes

"Legitimate" publications have given us the conclusions that these were "SaFe & effEcTivE." Until something changes there, that is now legal fact.
