Chase did more than that, he faked a lab test so Foreman would do a proceedure Chase knew would kill the guy [who was played by ~~Darth Vader~~ James Earl Jones in the episode].

Nonono he was played by Darth Vader you got that correct. Darth Vader plays James Earl Jones in real life.
