The FtM working at a local restaurant I used to deliver for on weekends for extra investment change and something to do and where a lot of highschoolers get after school jobs is actively trying to groom some of the girls. When I brought it up to management they were less than interested. When I wrote an email to our DM I was no longer welcome to work there. I don't think it's that they don't care. I think it's that the subject is such a political mine field that unless that freak actually does something and is found out, there's little advantage to being proactive. Otherwise, everyone wants to keep their job.
