Ethnic Russians. And I just told you about the Latvians (the military elite), the Poles (creators of the terror apparatus), the Georgians (winners of the power struggle), and the rest. You mentioned learning things, and yet you refuse to learn anything?
Your own image shows jews over represented in positions of power. I don't think jews are stupid, they are clever in the way they bankroll plots and coups and put puppets in place to deflect attention from their actions.
Not so much as the Latvians, who were simply insanely overrepresented during the Civil War in leadership and management positions (besides serving as the elite soldiers, the Latvian Riflemen). Even more so than the Poles, despite being such a tiny nation.
And most of the Bolsheviks were just Russians.

Actually the Latvians were hugely overrepresented even in the Cheka, much more than even the Poles (and the Jews): https://i.imgur.com/melB50L.png
One Latvian was even the first overall commander of the Red Army. And mind you the Bolsheviks didn't even control Latvia (not until 1940). I hope you won't start obsessing about the Latvians like that, now?
