No one "raped with a huge knife". The most that happened was things like an Ukrainian POW having his arm chopped off because of his patriotic tattoo. There were also no "genocides" (plural?) but all ethnic Poles have been cleansed from the Russian occupied areas (without murders too, just threats and some kidnappings, beatings and mock executions - and all their property was stolen by who you apparently call "the old people").

Yes, I remember a certain slaughter in a forest of around 10,000 officers or so. There was also that recent plane crash, or at least in the last 10 or 20 years. Poles and Russians don't seem to get along so well. But that was also the case with the Germans.

Libya was also mostly EU affair (primarily French, with the British going behind them) that America only joined in after it began.
