For all of human history mankind needed the stupid. They were chimney sweeps and ditch diggers. Simple laborers or carriers of goods.
Now they're defining things they don't understand and writing laws they can't enforce.
Diversity was a mistake.
The problem with the heroic narrative - is that without a villain, you're just a bunch of psychopaths riding across the country killing people for no reason.
While they got rid of the explicitly racist antiwhite bias (a bias against a racial group heading towards minority of the population with declining numbers) they were very careful to expand the definition so any time 2 races of people interact that's racism.
That current definition is going to be extremely difficult to reconcile with AA laws.
