What an ignorant article. It’s one thing if OSHA had mandated PPE (since they’ve done that before), but it’s unprecedented for OSHA to mandate a medical procedure in the name of “occupational health.”

As for judicial review, that ship sailed in 1803.

This whole article reeks of leftist sour grapes.
