Gonna say no on this one.
Unless you disagree with the Out Of Africa theory, it's basically a given that the earliest homo sapiens in Europe are africans and therefore, likely resemble africans.
People didn't just magically teleport to Europe. Even according to Wikipedia it took them 30.000 years to get from Africa to Europe. They also interbred with locals on the way. By then they wouldn't still look like straight out of central Africa.
So they interbred with people who already migrated? Were there already people in Europe too?
