Gonna be real interesting for social media when the repubs likely take a big chunk of seats after midterms. We'll see who's a cuck and who was serious about curtailing their power.
Thats a problem with centralized education rather than the content itself. Parents should decide the curriculum for their children. Rather than "experts" who are probably dirty commies since the education departments have been subverted pretty much since the beginning.
But if it can be only taught one way then the Christian parents have as much of a right to fight for their beliefs being taught as the heathen parents do.
The last time the GOP did shit was when Ross Perot split their base in half and forced their hand. It’s going to take a 3rd party run like that to do it again.
Twitter is arguably no longer private property when it becomes a default method of communication. What about phone companies? It it okay if you're banned from using a phone? PG&E isn't state owned. Okay to ban you from using their gas and electricity?
Twitter has 1) Been ruled as a platform, not a publisher, and thus must abide by all free speech, it cannot curate contents. And 2) has been ruled as a public forum for first amendment purposes back when Trump was banning users from his replies and they insisted he un-ban them because 1st Amendment applies to twitter activity.
Twitter is a for profit-public enterprise. They don't get to claim theyre not publishers 'for safe harbor' and then claim its THEIR RIGHT TO DISCERN WHAT IS AND ISNT PUBLISHED. LMFAO
twitter, facebook, reddit, and google are censoring based on ideology. They are interfering in elections by favoring the democrats in every aspect - this website doesn't have enough of a base to do that.
The government tells business owners whether or not they can allow smoking on their property. They can regulate moderation practices in what is the defacto public square.
This clearly falls under Twitter acting as a publisher since they are choosing which political actors are given voice on their platform. While they can ban anyone they like, if it isn’t done fairly then they deserve to be treated as the partisans they are.
Right, as they are exercising censorship authority they become publishers and thus lose protection for things being transmitted on their network (as they are now implicitly giving approval to other things on their network by stating who can and cannot post). This isn’t a good road Twitter wants to walk, assuming there’s actual Justice to be had.
You don't know a thing about section 230. If they are a publisher as you say and not a platform then they should be shut down years ago for the child pornography they publisher. Right behind facebook with that shit.

Where doesn't Christianity belong?

That would require:
For the Republicans to win big despite Democrat measures to ensure their own victory, like insecure mail-in voting.
For those Republicans to actually attempt to do something to rein in social media.
For that attempt to be successful despite Democrat control over the executive branch.
I see 1 as merely possible, 2 as extremely unlikely, and 3 as virtually impossible.
The cucks in the GOP won’t do a damn thing.
Until we force them to and DON'T vote for the standard GOP cuck.

This is your brain on Marxism lol

So... you're wrong.

false equivalence dipshit

Politicians cannot ban ANYONE on social media so SM sites should not be permitted to ban politicians.

CP doesn't violate their rules so its their first amendment right to publish it, right?
Platform vs publisher. That's all we need to get started.
