Are you predicting that if this gets to the SCOTUS (which I unfortunately doubt it will), it will be 5-4 with Roberts and Barrett voting to uphold?
And why is that?
Something challenging this or something like this may still get to the SCOTUS. In fact, I am pretty sure that with all the 'diversity' madness, it will.
