There's not going to be a Civil War over this, people will just continue to ignore and defy it.
It would arguably be worse for the Biden Regime because it would more heavily formalize resistance.
One of the things SCOTUS learned after Brown v. Board was that if they act too aggressively, even State Supreme Courts might openly defy them, and it will take decades to basically subvert, infiltrate, and re-establish control over them.
Even if they want to, I think it would be tough for them to actually do it.
If they did do it, it could deligitimize the court, which would be even worse for the regime.
Worst case scenario: mass political and civil disobedience to the Left which will cause open defiance of the institutions themselves until they are taken over by the right.
More likely scenario: the court sees this danger in supporting a generally unpopular effort and issues a split decision against the Biden mandate
If you want to talk about war, you have to talk about the use of extremely disproportionate official violence against peaceful protesters. Like I've previously said, Capitol Police or National Guard literally machine-gunning protesters. If there's anything that would cause that, it would happen closer to 2022 or 2024
Or just make it very obvious to employees that if they "lost" their card OSHA allows them to "self-attest", and that this will never be verified or followed up on in any way. wink wink.
God I hope not. I'm still not at my goal weight yet. Not to mention the whole "civil war" thing. Also the fact we have a shitton of nukes scattered around the US

What happens after a split decision?
It's a split decision in favor of refusing the mandates.
A whole bunch of companies will publicly virtue signal that they will keep the mandates, then quietly drop them.
Or just make it very obvious to employees that if they "lost" their card OSHA allows them to "self-attest", and that this will never be verified or followed up on in any way. wink wink.
If only we could be so fortunate to get a civil war out this.
God I hope not. I'm still not at my goal weight yet. Not to mention the whole "civil war" thing. Also the fact we have a shitton of nukes scattered around the US
You haven’t been eating the pineapple? I reached my goal weight months ago and looped back so I’m going to hit it a second time
Yeah. This running it through the court thing is retarded.
In Business, you Never ask the legal department. You fucking make the deal work, and ask for frogiveness later. Or just plain ignore it later.
The only thing legal does is invites a no. A yes can be ignored. A “no” in this case? Congrats. You just played yourself.
It’s unconstitutional. Period. Fuck you Biden and the horse you rode in on
