Not gonna happen unless society collapses and we become balkanized. Pretty much not until there are mobs of people running around or going all taliban or vietcong style.
I would be pleasantly surprised if it happened in my lifetime, but I don't expect it to. Still good to have goals and aspirations though. And it's a reason to keep on keepin' on.
