I did wonder at first if that meant it was some kind of specific pizza hence seeing what the hover over tab would be, but no it's nothing like a special recipe that would explain the graphic, Google just picked an extremely ugly looking picture.

It’s a game… You click on it, it starts the Doodle game, and IN that, it gives you more facts about each specific type of pizza…
So… You’re a bit off, but you have to click and start the game to find that out. 🤷🏻♂️
