Christianity is completely different from Judaism: different laws, different history, different traditions, different holidays, different rulers, different holy books, different prophets, different moral values, etc.
Western countries were created by Christians with Christian values, not Jews with Jewish values. Western traditions are Christian traditions, not Jewish traditions.
In fact there is almost nothing in common between Christianity and Judaism. They are completely incompatible religions. Judaism requires circumcision, whereas Christianity requires you to NOT circumcise:
