Apparently I also forgot/neglected to mention a few…

Austin, Seattle, Portland, DC, NYC, Philly and maybe even Jersey… I would probably get out of all of those, at least for a while, too…

Your urban areas are probably “at risk”, sadly, after this… At least until they move on to “the next thing”, anyway… 🤦🏻‍♂️
