They are just trying to save their own asses after they invested way too much money in Facebook and after the stock dropped and they looked like idiots they want to tell the people "hey it isn't our fault Facebook made their own price drop."

They were stupid to pour so much into Facebook and now are even stupider trying to blame Facebook for the drop.
