I'm not convinced Biden will appeal.
And if they do SCOTUS may decline the case, as they have done up till now. If they decline to hear, the ruling stands.
I think the idea is more that Biden knew this was unconstitutional from the get-go and enacted it with the expectation that it would likely be struck down in court.
I think this is entirely plausible. When COVID inevitably does get worse due to winter, Biden and his handlers can blame it on the law being struck down. Meanwhile many if not most large employers already comply with the mandate, which may have been the point all along.
The tests aren't even accurate.
It was pretty clearly a strategy to get medium and large businesses to implement vax mandates and have the built in excuse of the government was going to make them. If he ended up getting shit on in court most companies would probably end up doing it anyway.
Yeah after that Afghanistan shitshow, its pretty clear you could probably beat them with a coathanger or a jailhouse shiv.
1500 US troops just got asses handed to them by 150 british soldiers in a $400M wargames exercise last month.
Surely I do. I don’t speak without sources, but I don’t volunteer them unless asked.

Im not proud, but Im not surprised either.
Damn, if that was against the Marines I wonder how much worse it'd be if they were against the US Army
Me Me Me!
Biden literally already said ‘so what, we’re doing it anyway’ to the 5th circuit. We’re already in a game of chicken as far as they’re concerned. Time for war, baby.
Especially with the financial collapse we are facing, nearly everything is about to be 30% more expensive in a few months.
I'm sure all the chaos and high prices will be blamed on white conservatives who didn't get the "vaccine" somehow.
I've been preparing for a year with no incoming supplies, and for rioters/looters being encouraged to destroy middle-class homes by the media and our own government.
Its already 30% by many sources without the power to amplify the truth. Basic local commodities are all over the place from 15-60 percent, so 30 sounds conservative to me.
I started fortifying a 2500sq ft cavern on family farmland in 2013. Spring fed, redundant hydro and solar with battery backup. Working on air makeup and purification currently, and a decommissioned steel entry with a mantrap I won at auction planned by new years. Once the doors go up, I’ll start working on the fish hatchery and farm troughs.
Can you post pics once it's operational? I love seeing these things. Most of the appeal of owning land, to me, is the opportunity of making underground bunkers that can self-sustain, especially if lucky enough to have a cave to start with. It's just cool, before getting into the security aspect.
No promises, best I can do is a maybe. Some things aren’t meant to be shared in photos. It opens the door to a lot of risk.
No problem. Not gonna ask you to compromise anything over stuff I have a novel interest in.
Anyone can rule to politicians to not do a certain thing, but guess what? They'll still do it because it's corrupt and they are and will be free to do such shitty things. Because no one has balls nor authority to stop them.
