For some reason people still seem to think YouTube comments are an option. They’re (largely) not.
At least where I live, comments on almost ANY new “controversial” or political video are disabled, too. Maybe that’s just a Beta that they haven’t rolled out worldwide (including where you guys all live), but it’s definitely the case over here, at least…
This is another step in the death of what’s left of the “free” internet, and that’s… Seriously disconcerting.
Who would have thought, ~20 years ago, that we could be saying in a few years that liberalism killed the internet, or at least its existence as a functional, useful tool… Who’d have fucking thought??!
