The right will just shrug their shoulders and maybe grumble a mean thing or two online and never speak again. The left wind up manipulating fully this way and feel they can get away with it and they are right they can as we let them!

The left played the long game and by taking over culture and education were in a position to indoctrinate GENERATIONS that any pushback against the left is immoral.
First the conditioning has to be broken before and meaningful resistance can be put forward.
The harder the left denies reality to advance their irrational utopianism the more likely it is that push is to introduce cognitive dissonance in anyone who isn't totally ideologically possessed.
But even if the conditioning is broken the left's institutional control makes any oppositional organization a difficult and personally risky prospect. It is perfectly legal for the left to organize and execute social and economic violence against their opposition and the other side has basically no defense.
It is fundamentally a problem of how good people defend against evil people. A good person won't preemptively strike, a good person doesn't engage in collective punishment, a good person doesn't cause any harm he can to someone just because that person is his enemy - only under circumstances of self defense.
The other side doesn't believe in any of that and sleeps soundly feeling justified in their action.
The sad reality is to win we have to become like them, to make sure our descendants get a chance to live so they can complain about the way we won.
Survive first, regain our humanity afterwards.
I think you've nailed the problem, but I don't agree with your solution.
We do need to figure out how to fight, but just because we can't strike first doesn't mean that we can't strike.
We have definitively been Pearl Harboured. The radical left is firmly entrenched in all major cultural institutions and we're badly out of position. But they need to move fast now because they've shown their hand and their ideas are self-evidently insane. There's only a brief window where they can operate in the open while still maintaining credibility; they need to create a fully locked down state before people start turning on them.
One thing we have on our side is that they've made themselves huge targets. So when parents stand up and denounce school boards, or pull their kids out of school, that hurts them. You can attack youtube, facebook and twitter for allowing child abuse while censoring "misinformation". You can put money into businesses that aren't openly leftist. Any institution you can damage is already controlled by them, so don't hold back.
One of the biggest lies the left has put into our head is "tolerance". When we see someone complaining about a show on TV they don't like, we laugh at how they can't simply ignore it. Well, it's time for us to stop ignoring it. It's time to get shrill about every little fucking thing that we don't like; everything that is immoral, or disgusting, or designed to make us sick or weak. The politicians and media can't stand this pressure from both sides; they will be forced to either ignore both sides or collapse completely.
And, most importantly, get your shit together. Get healthy, get smart, get strong, and push back on all this shit. Your company having "diversity training"? No fucking thank you; if you force the issue, I quit. School teaching CRT? Not to my kids they're not. Pride parade downtown? There's no law against protesting degeneracy.
We need people who are against this, of which there are many, to simply stand the fuck up and state, publicly and in no uncertain terms, that they won't tolerate it. No freedom of speech for tyrants, no freedom of opinion for those who don't think, no freedom of religion for those that worship evil.
Jesus didn't simply leave the money changers to find another temple, he pointed his finger and kicked some ass.
Any of us can do this. The leftists are weak cowards who only win if we let them. The only reason we even need to strike now is because we've let them walk right into our halls and handed them a drink.
